Linél takes a warm, authentic and non-judgemental approach to supporting her clients, balancing understanding and compassion with directness. Led by each client's personal needs, she is passionate about taking a person-centred, integrative and collaborative approach in therapy.

Linél works with each client to develop a treatment plan for their unique concerns and goals, and is committed to ongoing professional development to ensure she provides up-to-date, evidence-based treatment. She draws on approaches including:

  • Schema Therapy

  • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)

  • Motivational Interviewing

  • Neuropsychotherapy

  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

 

Qualifications & experience

 

Linél holds a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and has worked in hospitals, rehabilitation centres, health research organisations and private psychology practices. She has conducted and published research in social and emotional skills development.​

Medicare rebates may be available with a referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan issued by a GP. Private health rebates may also be available depending on your health insurance policy.
