Carina uses a warm, client-centred approach and primarily wants her clients to feel understood and gain insight into how they can best improve their situation. She strongly believes there should not be barriers to help-seeking, works respectfully and holistically with each person's circumstances, and would like to de-stigmatise help-seeking wherever possible.

Qualifications & experience
Carina completed a Bachelor of Psychology and an honours-equivalent Graduate Diploma in Psychology before completing her Masters in Clinical Psychology, followed by a two-year Clinical Registrar program to become an endorsed clinical psychologist. She has experience with a wide range of clients and presentations across private and public mental health settings.

Medicare rebates may be available with a referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan issued by a GP. Private health rebates may also be available depending on your health insurance policy.
