About Carla
Carla is a warm and compassionate psychologist who aims to help people build rich and meaningful lives. Believing a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for positive change, she first focuses on making sure the partnership between therapist and client is the right fit.

Qualifications & experience
Carla completed a Bachelor of Arts with first-class honours in Psychology before completing a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, followed by further intensive training and supervision to gain her area-of-practice endorsement as a clinical psychologist. Her experience spans community mental health, hospital and private practice settings, including delivering individual therapy for the National Health Service in the United Kingdom, and she has developed and delivered numerous group therapy programs.
