Therapeutic Approach
Rebecca is warm, friendly, and curious, and takes a strengths-based and person-centred approach when working collaboratively with her clients. She works in a trauma-informed way, providing clients with the space to safely share their experiences.
Rebecca helps clients to create meaningful changes in the areas of their lives that matter to them (e.g., relationships, career, health). She ensures each client’s treatment plan is underpinned by their personal values and goals.

Rebecca has a special interest in working with members of the neurodiverse (i.e., Autism and ADHD) and LGBTQIA+ communities.
Rebecca is a Yoga Alliance-trained yoga instructor. In recognising that yoga can be an effective mind-body practice when combined with evidence-based treatments for anxiety, PTSD, and complex trauma, she eventually hopes to incorporate yoga into her psychological practice on an ‘as-needed’ basis.
