She aims to provide a collaborative and supportive space to help her clients safely explore, understand and gently challenge their belief systems and patterns of behaviour. This process can include developing an understanding of how earlier life experiences contribute to current difficulties. Carla works with her clients to foster insight and growth, and teaches helpful skills and strategies for wellbeing.
Carla is committed to ongoing professional development to ensure she uses evidence-based approaches that best fit the challenges experienced by each person.
